Easy Raisin / Sultana Cake - Margaret Ullrich

I know... I know...
In November we were all going to bake dozens of cookies and cakes.
Okay.  We did bake a few.
Then things got crazy.

Now it's January.
It's almost guaranteed that you've got a few bags of dried fruit just sitting on the shelves.

Got raisins?  Got cake.

                        Raisin Cake

grease an 8" square pan

1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup sugar
