Fast Fudge by Margaret Ullrich

I know fudge isn't really healthy.
I'm sorry.
But sometimes one just has to indulge.
And this is an easy recipe.

So just humour me and enjoy.
And eat an extra vegetable tomorrow.

While we're talking chocolate...
Here's a recipe for an easy fudge cake - perfect for the Fall Supper. Yes, it's an easy recipe.

Hints:
If you don't have unsalted butter, use what you have and don't add the salt.
Quarter the marshmallows before you start cooking.

                        Fast Fudge

16 large marshmallows, quartered
